Contact and word submissions. When you use our contact form, email us, or submit a word to the archive, we collect the information you provide directly — typically your name, email address, subject, and message. This is sent to us by email and is not stored in a public database.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs standard technical data for every visit — such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested — for security and performance purposes.

We use browser local storage (not a tracking cookie) to remember two things: that you've seen our landing animation, and your cookie preference from the banner on this site. Neither is shared with third parties or used for advertising.

If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies in the future, they will only load after you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

We use a small number of third-party services to run this site:

• Vercel — website hosting
• Font Awesome — icon fonts, loaded from their CDN
• Instagram, Facebook & TikTok — linked social profiles; visiting them is subject to their own privacy policies
• Amazon — our "Coming Soon" product links point to Amazon's marketplace, governed by Amazon's own privacy policy

We keep contact and submission emails only as long as needed to respond and for our own records. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, email parramu@siculish.com.

Siculish is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Significant changes will be noted here.
